An AI-agent conversation is a working session between a person and an AI agent, such as a Claude Code session.

During an AI-agent conversation, decisions are made, approaches are rejected and project context is built - knowledge that should remain useful after the session ends. Without a memory layer, that context disappears when the session closes; a Company Brain captures it and makes it available to future sessions across the team.
